It will turn the device off automatically when it has been working in the same intensity level for a while or if you have set the intensity levels to 0 for an extended period. Most WOMANIZER™s have a standby feature used to conserve your battery life. Standby Function: Your device may have turned itself off.

Ensure stimulator head is free so that the Smart Silence™ can calibrate itself again. It works the same way to enable the Smart Silence™ again. If you want to turn off Smart Silence™, press the (+) and (-) buttons at the same time for at least two seconds. This technology will only turn the product on when it meets your skin. Smart Silence™: If you have a WOMANIZER™ Premium and DUO, the reason might be the feature called Smart Silence™. Wait two to three minutes, and check that it’s properly charging before walking away. Please use the charging cable provided in the box. Your WOMANIZER™ may become warm during charging, this is normal. When you receive your WOMANIZER™, the rechargeable battery is pre-charged for a short period of use and may have discharged fully due to environmental influences. The LEDs will also indicate whether your product is fully charged when you plug it in. The LEDs on your device will light up or flash when your product is on. If your WOMANIZER™ does not work, first, check if the product is charged.
